Vysotskyi Konstyantyn Semenovych (1864 - 1938)

A Russian painter, graphic artist, illustrator. Since 1885 he had studied at Moscow School of Painting, Aculpture and Architecture under the tutelage of V. Makovskyi and Y. Sorokin. In 1891 he was awarded two small silver medals. In 1892 he got the title of an unclassed artist. He participated in the exhibitions of the Association of Itinerant Art Exhibitions and Moscow Society of Art Lovers. Since 1918 he had lived in Latvia.
