A Ukrainian painter. Born in the town of Smila, Cherkassy region. In 1950 he graduated from Kyiv Art Institute. Member of the republican and all-Union exhibitions. Member of the USSR Artists' Union since 1976. He lived and worked in Kyiv. Author of landscapes, still lifes and narrative paintings.
