A Ukrainian painter. The son of the well-known Moscow graphic artist - Ludwig Lyudvigovych Kwiatkowskyy. He graduated from Kyiv Institute of Art, attended workshops of S. Grygoriev. He lived and worked in Odessa. He is the author of numerous genre paintings.
