A Russian landscape painter. He studied at Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. He taught in Vologda Art School. He painted his pictures in the tradition of Russian realistic landscape school of the second half of XIXth century. He lived and worked in Moscow. His works are stored in the State Tretyakov Gallery and other museums and private collections.
