Haggins James Miller (1807 - 1865)

An English artist, sea painter. Born in London, the son of the famous marine painter W. Haggins. He received elementary art education under the guidance of his father. He graduated from the King's College of London Academy of Arts. He made several trips to the British colonies by ships of the Royal Navy. His works are stored in the National Maritime Museum in London, Tate Gallery and in other museums of the UK
