Khan Mykola Olexiyovych (1924 - 1981)

A Ukrainian painter. In 1945 he finished Art School in Alma-Ata, where he studied under the guidance of the famous Ukrainian artist A. Cherkaskyy. Until 1952 he was a student of Kyiv Institute of Art (the workshop of O. Shovkunenko). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic since 1974. Author of landscapes and thematic pictures. His works are kept in the Memorial Center "The National Museum of the Great Patriotic War in 1941 - 1945", the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, etc.
