A Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. Born in the village of Boyarka, Kyiv region. He studied at Kyiv Institute of Art (1939 - 1941). He participated in municipal and republican exhibitions since 1953. He was a member of the Ukrainian Artists' Union since 1970. He lived and worked in Boyartsi. He was the master of genre paintings, landscapes and still lives.
