Klout Bart (I half XIX - II half XX)

Dutch painter. Worked in the art studios of Hague. The exhibitor of numerous exhibitions, including in Brussels (1889, 1890) and The Hague (1907). He made creative journeys to Germany and France, where he created numerous landscapes. He lived and worked in Amsterdam and Brussels. He painted city views, landscapes and marines.
