Ukrainian painter, landscape painter. The national artist of the USSR since 1964. In 1931 - 1938 he studied under the guidance of J. Bokshay. Participated in exhibitions since 1950. National Artist of Ukraine since 1964. Master of lyrical landscapes. Lived and worked in Uzhgorod.
