Ukrainian jeweler, architect. Born in Kiev. In 1982 graduated from Kiev Civil Engineering Institute, Faculty of Architecture. In 1982 was the winner of the All-Union Contest of degree projects in Moscow. In 1991 – 1993 worked as an artist-designer in the organization «Ukoopspilka», in 1993 – 1997 – the chief designer of jewelry company «Phial». Founder and owner of jewelry brand «Lobortas» and «Lobortas and Karpova». In 2008 the artist’s works were exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum and the National Art club in New York. In 2010 – 2011 – the chief artist of Kiev jewelry factory. In 2010 founded her own jewelry company. In the same year solo exhibitions took place in London and Monte Carlo. In 2011 she became co-owner of «Karpovs Family Jewellery House». Full chevalier of the Order of C. Fabergé, the author of jewelry style «romantic avant-garde».
